I help high functioning adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in overthinking become more regulated, embodied, and empowered.

Our work focuses on nervous system regulation and mindful awareness so you can move from reactivity to clarity, build self-trust, and take aligned action.

My approach is integrative and body-centered, supporting lasting change at both the emotional and behavioral level.

  • I see symptoms (anxiety, perfectionism, overthinking) as surface strategies.

  • I believe trauma is often underneath.

  • I think regulation is foundational.

  • I conceptualize through attachment.

  • I use parts work (IFS) to create internal security.

  • I use ACT to move people forward.

  • I’m trained in EMDR & Brainspotting

    What does empowerment mean?

Having a secure relationship with yourself, having your own back, standing up for yourself, being clear on your feelings, needs, and what you want. Being regulated, confident, and connected to your body.

    -Regulated nervous system

    -Secure relationship with Self

    -Clear values and desires

    -Embodied presence

    -Accountability without shame

    -Choice instead of reactivity

Psychological symptoms are adaptive strategies rooted in attachment experiences and nervous system dysregulation.

Healing happens through increasing internal security, emotional regulation, and values-aligned action.

Somatic/nervous system work - builds regulation foundation and capacity

IFS - Internal attachment repair, parts work - creates secure attachment with self

EMDR - when trauma blocks integration, clears dysregulating memories and beliefs

Attachment lens - explains why regulation was disrupted in the first place

ACT - forward movement and identity shaping, helps regulated clients take aligned action

“The future you needs your determination. Say yes to the hard things that make you better. Diligently build the habits that set you free. Unapologetically create a life of your own design. Every moment of effort enhances your vibrancy and sets you up for a majestic existence.”
