I help people become regulated, embodied, and empowered

Create stability. Reduce anxiety & stress. Build a life you love.

My approach is centered around mindfulness, somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems, and values-aligned action. Helping clients to clear what is blocking them from feeling confident, peaceful and satisfied in their lives.

My name is Audrey Fraychineaud. I live in Maui, Hawaii with my husband and three dogs, and am originally from Washington State.

My therapeutic approach is focused on mindfulness, somatic therapy, and empowerment. I incorporate many different therapeutic modalities in my work with clients including EMDR, Brainspotting, Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems, and attachment theory.

My passion for optimal health and wellness in mind, body, and spirit began many years ago. I believe that the way that we take care of our physical body has a huge impact on how we feel and our mental and emotional state.

I have been practicing yoga and breath work for 18+ years, and utilize these healing modalities in my practice with clients.

I received my Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Bastyr University, and my Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of Washington. I am a licensed mental health counselor in Washington State #LH61173052, and Hawaii #MHC824.
